Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customers may request for cancellation and/or refund within 15 days from the date of payment. However, the fees may be refunded only in case of our fatal mistake such as non-submission of ESTA application within 24 hours, etc.
  • When the application is not processed and you wish to cancel it, there will be a cancellation charge of $5 (International Credit Card handling fee).
    After the application has been processed and the ESTA has been obtained, there will be a cancellation charge of $39 (The charge includes International Credit Card handling fee, CBP processing fee and administration fee). If there is a problem with the U.S. government site such as performing maintenance, communication failure, pending approval, our agency service fee may not be refundable.
    When your application has been rejected by the US CBP Department of Homeland security, we will refund except International Credit Card handling fee($5) and CBP processing fee($4).
  • When a customer who applied for the ESTA as a group and obtained the ESTA requests a cancellation, we will charge $39 for each cancellation in a group. This charge includes International Credit Card handling fee, CBP processing fee, and administration fee. The fee will be deducted according to the number of applicants from the discounted payment.
  • To cancel your ESTA Application services or to request a refund, please contact our Customer Service Center via email : info@ESTAtour.com. We can only issue refunds onto the same debit or credit card used for the ESTA application. Please include your first and last name, date of birth, passport number, credit card type and the last four digits of the credit card number used for the transaction. It takes several business days for the refund to settle in your account.
